For stainless steel insulated tumblers, the standard MOQ is 500 units per model. Food-grade silicone accessories require a minimum of 1,000 units per SKU. Mixed-color orders within one model can be accepted above the MOQ, and smaller trial orders of 100 to 200 units are possible for sample-run production with a surcharge of 10 to 15 percent.

Standard production runs take 15 to 20 working days after deposit confirmation for orders up to 10,000 tumblers. Larger orders of 20,000 plus units typically run 25 to 30 days. Silicone accessory production is slightly faster at 12 to 18 days. For shipments to the United States, Germany and United Kingdom, add 18 to 30 days sea freight or 5 to 7 days by air.

We accept 30 percent deposit by T/T in advance, with the remaining 70 percent balance paid before shipment against a copy of the bill of lading. For repeat buyers in the United States and Europe, L/C at sight is available on orders above USD 30,000. PayPal and Western Union can be used for sample orders under USD 1,000.

Yes. We offer laser engraving, screen printing and full-color heat transfer on tumblers starting at 500 units. Custom Pantone colors for the powder coat finish require a minimum of 1,000 units per color. Silicone accessories support custom molding and debossed logos from 1,000 units. Tooling fees for new silicone molds run USD 150 to USD 400 depending on complexity and are waived on orders exceeding 10,000 units.

Tumblers are LFGB and FDA certified, with stainless steel grades 304 and 316 available. Food-grade silicone accessories carry FDA, LFGB and BPA-free compliance certificates. All products are REACH compliant for shipments to Germany and the European Union. For the United Kingdom market post-Brexit, we provide UKCA documentation where required. Full test reports from SGS or TUV can be supplied upon request.
